Nawaz Sharif expresses concerns about country's affairs
LONDON (Dunya News) – Special Assistant to Prime Minister (PM) Awn Chaudhary called on Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif to discuss the current political situation in Pakistan on Thursday.
Mr Chaudhary conveyed a message from Jahangir Tareen and expressed his best wishes to Mr Sharif.
During the meeting, Mr Chaudhary said that the people of Pakistan wish for Nawaz Sharif's swift recovery and return to Pakistan.
He further stated that under former PM Sharif's leadership, Pakistan had progressed significantly in the past. Awn Chaudhary also expressed his belief that Mr Sharif had the ability to run the country's affairs in a better way.
However, Mr Sharif expressed his concerns about the current state of affairs in the country.
